Aim of the Course

The programme provides a general introduction to the relevance of the systems approach. It aims to develop an appreciation of the people-management functions within the organisation. It also asks candidates to consider administration in local, national and multinational as well as in its wider organisational contexts. Candidates are introduced to some of the key supervisory and managerial concerns within the swiftly changing business environments. It also develops candidate’s appreciation of the need to dissect and manage information as well as adds to administrative skills.

Entry Requirements:

18 Years or Over

Advance Diploma in Administrative Management: IAM Diploma or Higher National Diploma or Equivalent & IELTs 5.5 or Equivalent.

Diploma in Administrative Management: IAM Certificate or GCSE ‘A’ Level or Equivalent & IELTS 5.5 or Equivalent.

Year 2 (Advanced Diploma)

Progression

Successful Candidates upon their completion of final year could apply for Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management. Additionally, candidates having successfully completed the final year could seek for promotion in their existing job or for other better opportunities. Fresh graduates could apply for a graduate scheme or management trainee position or start a career leading to a managerial position.
